C2: "Your Echo I Meet" - (Team Buff) Increases Party Elemental DMG Bonus based on Mizuki's EM. This turns her into a Kazuha-lite buffer.

She is a side-grade. Sucrose offers better grouping and EM sharing for Nuke teams. Mizuki offers Healing and sustained on-field driving, freeing up a team slot (consolidates Healer + Anemo).

Should I pull for her weapon?
Only if you really love her. Sacrificial Fragments is extremely close in performance and offers utility (reset). The signature is a luxury stat stick.
