Method A: Automated website feature

1. Log in to your GAMECHARGE account.

2. Navigate to your "My Account" 

3. Find the "Delete Account" section. Scroll down until you see "Delete My Account". 

4. Click the "DELETE" to permanently delete your account.

5. You will be asked to confirm your request. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be queued for deletion.

Method B: If you require a manual email request

1. Send an email to our support team at sarah.quinn@gamecharge.net

2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

3. In the body of the email, please include:

   • Your full name.

   • The email address associated with your account.

   • If you signed up with Facebook, please state the email address linked to your Facebook profile.

4. For security, our team will reply to this email to verify your identity and confirm you are the owner of the account before proceeding with the deletion.

3. The Deletion Process

Once a deletion request is received and verified, we will proceed as follows:

• Timeline: Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days of your confirmed request.

• What is Deleted: All personal data collected from your Facebook profile (name, email, profile picture, etc.) and all content you have generated on the [Site] (e.g., posts, comments) will be permanently erased.

• What May Be Retained: We may retain anonymized, non-personal data for statistical analysis. We may also be required to retain certain information for a longer period to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (e.g., payment transaction records).
