Razor is a boy raised by wolves in Wolvendom. He is the quintessential Selfish Carry, demanding high field time to unleash his inner wolf. While primarily a Physical DPS using Superconduct, the Dendro element has unlocked a chaotic "Rainbow Razor" build (Burgeon/Hyperbloom) that makes him surprisingly viable in the endgame.

Pros

Very easy to play (Unga Bunga playstyle).
High Physical DMG scaling and Attack Speed buff.

The Bread & Butter: Razor's main damage comes from his 4-hit Normal Attack sequence.
Physical DMG: Razor naturally gains Physical DMG bonus upon ascension, enhancing these strikes.
Scaling: Has some of the highest multipliers for claymore users.

Elemental Skill: Claw and Thunder

Press: Quick Electro slash. Generates an Electro Sigil (Max 3). Each Sigil increases his ER.
Hold: Unleashes an AoE lightning storm. Consumes all Sigils to convert them into flat Energy (5 Energy per Sigil).
Mining: Holding E instantly breaks all mineral ores in range. Top tier for farming.

Elemental Burst: Lightning Fang

The Wolf Within: Summons the Wolf Within to fight alongside Razor.
Buffs: Increases ATK SPD, Electro RES, and interruption resistance.
Soul Companion: The Wolf strikes every time Razor strikes, dealing Electro DMG. This creates a hybrid mix of Physical (Razor) and Electro (Wolf) damage.

Razor is perfectly playable at C0, but C4 is his most important utility constellation.

C1: Wolf's Instinct - (DMG Buff) Picking up an Elemental Orb/Particle increases DMG by 10% for 8s. Good consistent buff.
C4: Bite - (DEF Shred) Pressing Claw and Thunder (Skill) decreases opponent DEF by 15% for 7s. This is huge because DEF Shred is a rare multiplier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I activate C6 Bennett with Razor?
If you play Physical Razor: NO. It ruins his damage by converting Physical attacks to Pyro (which he doesn't scale with).
If you play Rainbow Razor: YES. It is required for the Burgeon interactions.

N3D vs N4?
N3D means "Normal Attack x3 -> Dash cancel". Razor's 4th hit is very slow. Dashing after the 3rd hit increases DPS, but consumes stamina. If stamina is low, just do the full N4 chain.
