Elemental Burst: Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu

Cost: 90 Energy | Cooldown: 18s
Musou no Hitotachi: Unleashes a massive slash, then enters the "Musou Isshin" state.
Musou Isshin: Raiden attacks with her tachi for 7s. These attacks regenerate energy for the entire party.
Chakra Desiderata: A ring that charges up when teammates use their bursts. The more energy teammates consume, the brighter the ring glows. When Raiden bursts, she consumes these stacks to deal massive damage.

C2: Steelbreaker - (Broken) While using Musou no Hitotachi (Burst), attacks ignore 60% of opponents' DEF. This is a ~40% damage increase. It turns her from a sub-DPS to a Hypercarry.
C3: Shinkage Bygones - (Damage) +3 Levels to Burst. Massive damage increase.

Verdict: C0 is great support. C2 is a top-tier DPS.

Why it works: Raiden batteries Xiangling/Xingqiu, allowing them to run damage stats instead of ER. She drives Vaporize/Overload reactions during her burst uptime. Easy to play and incredibly strong.

Why it works: Focuses entirely on maximizing Raiden's initial slash damage. With C6 Sara and Kazuha, she can hit for 400k+ in one slash.

Tip: The optimal combo during burst is 3 Normal Attacks + 1 Charged Attack repeated 3 times, followed by 1 Normal + Charge. If that's too hard, just spam Normal Attacks!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is C2 necessary?
No, but it is one of the biggest power spikes in the game (~40% damage increase). C0 Raiden clears Abyss easily in Rational or Hyperbloom teams.

ATK Goblet or Electro Goblet?
They are very close. If using Engulfing Lightning (gives tons of Electro DMG bonus), ATK goblet is often better. If using The Catch with Bennett, Electro goblet usually wins. Use whichever has better substats.
