Lisa is the intellectual Librarian of the Knights of Favonius and a brilliant graduate of the Sumeru Akademiya. While often overlooked, her kit possesses one of the rarest debuffs in the game: 15% DEF Shred. For pure "Damage per Screenshot" (big numbers), Yes. Lisa provides DEF shred and TTDS buffs which Raiden cannot. However, Raiden provides smoother rotations and energy regeneration.
How do I stop getting interrupted during Hold E?
Lisa has very low resistance to interruption. You almost always need a shielder (Zhongli/Kirara) or Xingqiu's rain swords to prevent being knocked out of her skill animation.
