Elemental Skill: Shadow of the War-God

Function: Enters the "Nightsoul's Blessing" state. She mounts her motorbike (or summons her construct), dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
Off-Field: She leaves behind a "Scorched Earth" effect that applies Pyro periodically to enemies. Unlike Guoba or Jellyfish, this follows the active character or targets the nearest enemy regardless of distance.
Nightsoul: Consumes Nightsoul points to maintain the state. Natlan characters can trigger "Nightsoul Burst" to refresh her duration.

Elemental Burst: Incandescent Resurrection

Yes. She doesn't need to be funneled particles constantly (better energy economy) and her Pyro application tracks enemies rather than rotating around you, making her better for ranged DPS like Neuvillette.
