Is he better than Rosaria?
They trade blows. Rosaria offers Crit Rate sharing and more consistent off-field Cryo. Chongyun offers CD Reduction and a bigger instant nuke. For National Team, Chongyun is often preferred for the cooldown utility.

Can I use him in Freeze teams?
He works well with Kaeya/Rosaria, but be careful with Xingqiu/Yelan. Because Chongyun uses a Claymore, his attacks trigger Shatter on frozen enemies, which removes the Freeze status and the Blizzard Strayer crit buff.

Does his infusion ruin Electro/Physical mains?
Yes. Never run Chongyun with Razor, Eula, or Keqing (Physical). His Cryo infusion overrides their Physical damage, ruining their DPS.
